Manage and oversee the overall production of multiple studio projects.
Communicate closely with clients and partners to gather and evaluate requirements, plan execution, and coordinate project implementation.
Lead and manage the Coordinator team, and collaborate closely with Project Leads to ensure all company projects meet client expectations in terms of deadlines, quality, and confidentiality.
Optimize production workflows and operations, proactively identify potential risks, and propose effective solutions.
Build and manage the outsourcing system, including negotiating pricing and monitoring quality with external vendors.
Perform other tasks as required by the Board of Directors.
Requirements & Skills
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Manager, or 4 years as a Coordinator, or in a related role
Strong project management, planning, and scheduling skills. PMP or PMI certification is a plus.
Purchasing skills: sourcing, evaluating, and selecting suppliers; negotiating pricing and securing favorable agreements.
Proficiency in English
Solid knowledge of Game Art, 3D animation production, and the gaming industry is a strong advantage.
Critical thinking, proactivity, high sense of responsibility, and the ability to work under pressure.
