LOCATION: HCMC, Vietnam
Here are some of the EXCITING things you'll get to do:
OEM Supply Chain Management:
- Develop and optimize end-to-end supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, cost, and service levels.
- Identify and implement supply chain improvements aligned with business growth objectives.
Manufacturing Process Lean:
- Drive lean manufacturing initiatives for OEMs to eliminate waste, improve quality, and increase throughput.
- Implement continuous improvement methodologies (Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping) across OEM manufacturing operations.
Project Management:
- Lead and execute supply chain projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Develop detailed project plans, risk assessments, and stakeholder communication strategies.
International Trade & Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to global trade regulations, customs requirements, and import/export compliance.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to manage trade documentation and regulatory changes.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless global operations.
- Manage relationships with OEMs, vendors and partners.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitor KPIs related to freight costs, Production Plan PPA, lead time, and delivery performance.
- Monitor localization plan with CAT and Commodity team.
- Prepare executive-level reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications / Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, or related field.
- 3+ years in supply chain management with at least 1 year in project management.
- Proven experience in international trade, customs compliance, and global logistics.
- Proven experience in Supply Chain management.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Process Improvement.
- Knowledge of Incoterms, import/export regulations, and trade compliance.
- Proficiency in project management and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Certifications: PMP, CSCP, or similar credentials are a plus.
- Lean Manufacturing.
- Multilingual capabilities preferred.
Travel Requirements: Be flexible for domestic and international travel.
