Job Summary:

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of our software solutions (bonbon shop, visibilityPRO, deliveryPRO) for enterprise clients - from initial planning through stable go-live. Beyond delivery, this role owns post-implementation support, coordinates resolution of technical issues, and builds long-term client relationships. We're looking for someone with strong systems thinking, sharp facilitation skills, and the judgment to make fast, sound decisions under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Delivery & Implementation

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor the progress of software implementation projects end-to-end.
• Work closely with BA, Dev, and QC teams to define project scope and timelines.
• Lead client workshops, support UAT/testing, and drive training and acceptance sign-off.
• Identify risks early and proactively propose mitigation plans.
• Support Sales with effort estimation and implementation planning during the pre-sales stage.

2. Post-Implementation Support & Maintenance

• Coordinate issue resolution and system updates during the post-handover maintenance phase.
• Consolidate and report incidents clearly and completely.
• Write and maintain up-to-date user guides and documentation.
• Manage client change requests, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

3. Client Relationship Management

• Track client satisfaction and organize periodic review sessions, proposing improvement initiatives.
• Understand clients business goals to build trusted, long-term partnerships.

4. Process Improvement & Team Development

• Continuously improve implementation processes and contribute to internal SOPs.
• Train and mentor new team members; support performance evaluation activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project implementation experience, including 2+ years in a project management role.
• Solid project management skills with the flexibility to handle change; familiar with Agile/Scrum; proficient in Jira, Confluence, Excel, and presentation tools.
• Good English communication and reading comprehension for documentation.
• Comfortable using at least one AI tool (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot...) for daily work - drafting, summarizing, research, and basic analysis.

Nice-to-have

• Experience in B2B software implementation, distribution systems, or retail technology is a strong advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving mindset, with sound risk-management judgment, in both Vietnamese and English.
