Implementation Manager Joint Capability Centre (JCC) – Water Technology (Vietnam)

Are you motivated to build something from the ground up and make a lasting international impact As Implementation Manager JCC Water Technology, you will play a pivotal role in setting up and growing our Joint Capability Centre in Vietnam, while ensuring high-quality engineering delivery for international watertechnology projects.

What you will do as Implementation Manager – JCC Water Technology

In this role, you contribute to the successful implementation, operation and further development of the Joint Capability Centre (JCC) Water Technology in Vietnam.

You act as the linking pin between engineering teams for Water Technology Products and Water Technology NL and the local JCC team and management in Vietnam, ensuring alignment on quality, scope and way of working.

• Act as the primary point of contact between Water Technology Products and Water Technology NL and the JCC in Vietnam.
• Develop and implement engineering work processes aligned with Dutch water sector standards, client requirements and internal quality guidelines by Water Technology NL.
• Safeguard the quality, consistency and integration of multidisciplinary engineering deliverables.
• Develop and implement engineering work processes aligned with international water sector standards, client requirements and internal quality guidelines required by Water Technology Products
• Support the growth and professionalization of the JCC (from start-up phase towards scalability)
• Together with JCC management, recruit, onboard, train and coach local engineers.

As our new Implementation Manager – JCC Water Technology, you will be part of the Advisory Group Water Technology NL, with strong links to local management in Vietnam. You will be based in Ho Chi Minh City, working closely with engineering leads and project teams in the Netherlands.

What you bring

You are a naturally connecting leader who combines technical (engineering) knowledge with strong implementation skills. You enjoy working in an international, start-up-like environment and are comfortable bridging cultures, disciplines and organisational contexts.

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Water Technology or a related discipline
• At least 8–10 years of experience in multidisciplinary engineering projects within the drinking water, wastewater or industrial water sector
• Proven experience with implementing work processes and quality assurance in engineering environments
• Experience in leadership, coordination, project management or implementation roles
• Fluent English (spoken and written) and strong intercultural awareness
