Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, and successful delivery of technology and digital transformation projects at Masan. The role focuses on driving complex initiatives that often start from scratch, requiring close collaboration across engineering, product, data, business, and operations teams.

The PM ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with clear business impact, while navigating ambiguity and fast-changing environments typical of large-scale transformation.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of technology and digital transformation projects, from planning to execution and rollout.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics.
• Build and manage detailed project plans, ensuring progress tracking and on-time delivery.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Data, Business, Operations, Finance, etc.).
• Facilitate key project activities and ceremonies such as kick-off, planning, sync meetings, stakeholder reviews, and retrospectives.
• Proactively identify risks, blockers, and dependencies; propose mitigation plans and escalate when necessary.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clear, transparent communication on progress, trade-offs, and outcomes.
• Coordinate with external vendors or partners when projects involve third parties.
• Track delivery performance and continuously improve project management practices, tools, and ways of working.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience as a Project Manager, delivering technology or digital projects.
• Strong technical background, with experience working closely with engineering teams (understanding SDLC, system architecture basics, APIs, platforms, etc.).
• Experience working on digital transformation initiatives or projects built from scratch in product companies or tech-driven organizations.
• Proven experience working with multiple cross-functional teams in complex stakeholder environments.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Notion, etc.).
• Strong skills in project planning, WBS creation, dependency management, estimation, and critical path analysis.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery models.
• Strong ownership, clear communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and perform well under pressure.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certifications are a plus.
