Project Manager (PjM) / Senior BrSE

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / BrSE (Senior level) to lead development projects for the Japanese market.

In this role, you will act as a bridge between Japan HQ and the Vietnam development team, ensuring smooth communication, project success, and organizational growth.

What you'll do:

1. Project Management

・Manage development, operation, and maintenance projects for Japanese market products.

・Take ownership of schedule, quality, requirements, and profitability.

・Conduct estimation, project planning, backlog management, progress tracking, and risk control.

・Ensure successful project delivery is aligned with business goals.

2. Stakeholder Communication

・Communicate directly with Product Managers (Japan HQ) and clients via meetings, email, and chat tools.

・Analyze and understand business requirements, propose solutions, and create outline specifications.

・Manage expectation alignment and build consensus with stakeholders.

3. Team Leadership

・Guide, mentor, and manage project members to ensure both technical and organizational growth.

・Coordinate with offshore engineering teams and allocate resources effectively.

・Build frameworks and improve processes to maximize team performance.

What we need:

・3+ years experience as a BrSE / Project Manager for development projects.

・Solid understanding of software requirement definition & basic design.

・Hands-on experience in writing design/specification documents (screen/API/batch design, database).

・Experience in acceptance test planning and execution.

・Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development practices.

・Strong ability to build and maintain good relationships with clients and team members.

・Japanese: N1 equivalent in speaking & listening (business-level required).

・English: Good communication skills.

・Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and continuous self-improvement.
