The Project
This is a complex, large scale, production facility project that includes warehouse, office, and staff amenities working with an amazing client and talented Mace team. This project will be of incredibly high-quality standards in a heavily regulated environment, suiting people with similar project experience that operate with the highest integrity and professionalism.
You'll Be Responsible For
- Leads project delivery in line with the Project Plan, coordinating teams, consultants and contractors to meet defined KPIs.
- Monitors progress, budget and risks, driving proactive mitigation and maintaining accurate project records.
- Ensures safety, quality and compliance through robust systems aligned with the Mace Way.
- Manages procurement, project changes and documentation to support timely, effective delivery.
- Coordinates design, programme integration and stakeholder communication to achieve project objectives.
- Promotes digital excellence, sustainability and continuous improvement, contributing to Mace's netzero ambitions.
You'll Need To Have
- Architectural or Engineering degree with experience delivering small to medium projects and engaging diverse stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management practices and industry regulations.
- Growing capability in budgeting, commercial controls and procurement.
- Holds relevant technical qualifications or progressing toward professional accreditation (e.g., MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS).
