Your role
You will be liaising between our service teams and the clients, handling day-to-day projects operations to deliver quality outputs in a timely manner. What you get to work on and manage will develop naturally as you progress further in your career at InBold.
Responsibilities
Project management & Client relationship management:
- Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and timeline
- Work closely with Service teams to have an efficient resource allocation
- Monitor projects performance on a daily basis to ensure delivering projects on time with high quality
- Issue quotes at project start and invoices at project completion
- Maintain professional relationships with all clients by holding regular meetings
- Arrange contracts with clients as and when necessary
Workflow overview & Optimization:
- Analyze clients profile in coordination with Project lead according to specifications and prepare requested reports to serve for evaluation purposes.
- Work closely with Project lead and other stakeholders to review workflow and propose optimization ideas
You as a person
- At least 3 years of working experience related to Project Management, Project Coordination or Account Management, ideally in a creative environment
- Hands-on experience with managing clients and teams
- Able to multi-task across multi-faceted creative projects
- Able to adapt to change and respond positively when facing new challenges
- Be proactive and timely support project teams to ensure quality, accuracy and practicality of all tasks
- Strong English communication
Working schedule
You will be working in shifts to engage with our clients around the world who operate in different time zones from ours. Shifts will be rotated weekly, and arranged by team leader.
- Morning Shift: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Evening Shift: 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM
