ABOUT THE JOB:
- We're seeking for an experienced Project Manager to be part of Group Security at NAB Innovation Centre Vietnam and the wider Group Security team at NAB.
- To lead and coordinate resources required to implement and deliver medium to large size projects ($5m) of medium to high complexity encompassing both business and technical change to the Group.
YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Initiating, managing and closing the projects and all processes such as quality control, communication, stakeholder management, people leadership and knowledge harvesting.
- Be responsible for a standalone project and/ or work directly for a Program Manager on a large-scale organizational-wide program.
- The range of initiatives will span from a single project within a line of business in a single region through to working across lines of business across multi-regions and in a complex stakeholder environment.
- Cost Management - Monitor financials to ensure achievement and accurate capture of planned project costs and benefits.
- Risk Management - Project level risk and issue management and resolution including escalation as required. Manage overall risk and issue assessment, planning and impact analysis for the project.
- Procurement Management - Manage the procurement management of internal/external specialist services, specification of requirements, supplier delivery, cost and quality.
- Acceptance - Secure participation in testing according to the project plan and gain acceptance of deliverables into production.
- Post Implementation Reviews - Close down the project team and redeploy staff. Establish control measures to ensure that the changes delivered by the project are embedded. Contribute to the review of project successes through participation in Post Implementation Reviews.
- Project Integration Management - Ensure the project planning, execution and controls are properly integrated.
- Project communications Management - Provide targeted communication to all stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of dependencies, deliverables and issues to measure and manage stakeholder expectation.
- Change management - Ensure an effective change management plan is developed ensuring that the required change is achieved.
- Benefits Management - Facilitate delivery of the business outcomes and to enable the project sponsor to realise return on investment.
- Knowledge Management - Adhere and contribute to knowledge management objectives and processes. Ensure knowledge harvesting occurs at all appropriate phases of the projects
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Advanced and confident communication skills and the ability to liaise with senior business and technology management.
- A solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and processes across the project lifecycle, particularly the Project Management Body of Knowledge. PMP certification is nice to have.
- Managing and delivering complex projects containing multiple streams, across multiple countries, with multiple vendors.
- Experience in data migration, technology integration, and automations will be given preference.
- Nice to have: experience with system such as ServiceNow
- Influencing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage financials and project plans.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and an ability to apply these in practise.
- Managing & delivering multi-business unit initiatives.
- Contract & vendor management.
- Proven ability to lead, coach people to achieve successful outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder and engagement experience.
- Building, leading and managing teams between 5-20 people.
