Job Description

Job Description:

User Engagement & Solutioning: Work closely with infrastructure users to understand their requirements and provide solutions using big data technologies.
Project Planning & Execution: Lead and coordinate infrastructure projects, ensuring smooth execution across multiple sub-teams.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with data engineers, platform teams, and other stakeholders to align on technical solutions and project timelines.
Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks and bottlenecks, proactively addressing challenges to keep projects on track.
Process Optimization: Continuously improve project workflows, documentation, and best practices to enhance efficiency.
Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update leadership and key stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and outcomes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of big data technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, and distributed storage.
Proven experience in project management, ideally in data infrastructure or big data environments.
Strong coordination skills to manage cross-team collaboration.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and vice versa.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications are a plus.
