About The Role
We're hiring a Project Manager to own the end-to-end success of our customer engagements — from first technical workshop through production deployment and expansion. You'll be the strategic counterpart to our Forward-Deployed Engineers: while they build the agentic applications, you architect the engagement, manage the relationship, and make sure the solution actually lands and creates value inside the customer's organization.
This is a customer-facing role for someone who can hold a credible technical conversation about agentic AI, cognitive ontologies, and industrial applications, while also driving timelines, mitigating risk, and growing accounts.
Responsibilities
- Own the customer engagement lifecycle: discovery, scoping, planning, execution, validation, and expansion across multiple accounts.
- Translate customer business goals into clear problem statements, solution scopes, and milestone plans that FDEs can execute against.
- Partner with FDEs on solution design — making trade-offs on scope, timeline, and architectural complexity to maximize business impact.
- Run workshops, design sessions, and milestone reviews with customer engineering and domain teams.
- Track project health (scope, schedule, risks, blockers) and proactively course-correct before issues escalate.
- Drive adoption: equip customer teams with training, documentation, and the operating cadence needed to use our platform independently.
- Surface platform gaps, customer patterns, and expansion opportunities back to product and leadership.
- Develop reusable engagement playbooks, templates, and best practices that scale across accounts.
Requirements
- 7 - 10 years in a customer-facing role at a technical/AI/ML company — Technical Project Manager, Solutions Manager, Technical Account Manager, or Customer Success Manager with project ownership.
- Track record of leading complex AI or software implementations from kickoff to production in enterprise environments.
- Working fluency in AI/ML concepts: agent architectures, LLMs, model deployment, data pipelines. You don't need to write the code, but you need to lead the technical conversation credibly.
- Strong project management fundamentals: scoping, planning, risk management, stakeholder communication, status reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English — comfortable presenting to customer executives and engineering leads.
- Comfort with ambiguity and structured engagement cycles across multiple concurrent accounts.
Nice to Have
- Industrial AI exposure (manufacturing, energy, semiconductors, heavy industry) and an understanding of operational/domain constraints.
- Hands-on experience with Python, AI/ML frameworks, or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience growing accounts — converting successful pilots into expanded production deployments.
- Background in startups or fast-moving technical environments.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline (we equally value strong relevant experience over credentials).
Who You Are
- A strategic operator who can hold the customer relationship, the project plan, and the technical context in one head.
- Equally comfortable in a CTO conversation, a sprint review, and a deployment troubleshooting session.
- A builder of repeatable systems — you turn one successful engagement into a playbook for the next ten.
- Calm under ambiguity. You ask the question that unblocks the room.
Why You'll Love Working Here
- Attractive compensation commensurate with impact.
- Overseas travel opportunities for training and customer work, with exposure to international projects.
- An employee-centric culture that gives you the tools and resources to excel and grow your career.
- A collaborative environment that values teamwork, knowledge sharing, and innovation.
- $10 daily lunch allowance.
- Fun team activities and outings.
