Job Description
- Build, organize and optimize end-to-end SOP, including planning, workflow designing and training.
- Identify operational and structural points for system improvement
- Work together with multiple stakeholders to roll out projects.
- Monitor processes and coordinate with other stakeholders to handle daily issues.
- Analyze data and generate insights to support decision-making and initiatives
- Assist PMO Leader in keeping track of project progress and deliverables.
Requirements
Must-have:
- Minimum 02 years of experience in tech start-up environment.
- Critical thinking, attention to details & numerical skill.
- Good communication skills and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Office and Google applications
- Intermediate English reading & writing
- Fast-learning and a Can-do attitude
