Job Description:
1. Strategic Support & Market Analysis
- Conduct research and analysis on market trends, seller behavior, and competitive landscape.
- Translate data and insights into clear, actionable recommendations for Category Managers.
- Support the preparation of reports, dashboards, and presentations to track performance and inform decision-making.
2. Project Execution & Coordination
- Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring internal projects to improve business development processes.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines to ensure smooth execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Ops, Marketing, Product) to drive alignment and problem-solving.
3. Process Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to enhance workflows, reporting structures, and stakeholder communications.
- Document best practices and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent execution.
4. Team Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with the PMO Lead and Category Managers to ensure project and strategy alignment.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and team discussions with insights and ideas.
- Maintain high standards of communication and coordination across internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in consulting, project management, business analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ability to structure and interpret data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Data Studio) is a plus.
