Job Description
We are seeking a high-performing individual to join our DSM Team, responsible for driving the operational success of FBS through strong PMO execution, cross-functional coordination, and structured performance tracking across Ops Service initiatives.
PMO for Ops Service Performance (4 Key Levers)
- Act as PMO to coordinate, monitor, and support performance across the four key Ops Service levers: Speed, Seller Experience, Capacity, and Cost.
- Track and consolidate KPIs, milestones, risks, and dependencies for Ops Service initiatives.
- Identify operational gaps and issues, propose improvement actions, and follow through on execution and closure.
- Support alignment between Ops Service initiatives and overall FBS operational objectives.
Stakeholder Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate and prepare presentation materials, reports, and discussion with Vietnam leadership and Regional teams regarding FBS Ops Service performance and initiatives.
- Support regular business reviews, discussions, and follow-ups with internal stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
Project Management & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Serve as PMO for assigned projects that require a high level of cross-department collaboration (e.g. Ops, MKT, BD, Product, BI, Regional teams).
- Drive day-to-day project execution, monitor progress, manage risks/issues, and ensure timely delivery.
Process Improvement & Operational Excellence
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize Ops Service processes and workflows.
- Standardize PMO frameworks, reporting formats, and best practices across Ops Service projects.
Requirements
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Structured, analytical problem solver with strong business judgment.
- Proven ability to lead projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using data to diagnose issues and propose solutions.
- Background in management consulting, supply chain, or high-growth tech companies is highly valued.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Experience in consulting, e-commerce project management is a strong advantage.
