Project Engineer

Position: Project Engineer

Working Location: Etown 5, 364 Cng Ha, P.Tn Bnh, HCM or Project Site (Tr Vinh, Vnh Long)

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Coordination

Liaise with HQ team, procurement team, consultants, contractors, and relevant

authorities throughout the project lifecycle.

Facilitate regular coordination meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and

resolve issues

Maintain comprehensive project documentation including contracts, permits,

inspection records, and progress reports.

Design

Collaborate with stakeholder to review technical drawings and specifications.

Conduct design reviews and provide feedback on engineering solutions.

Support the pre-qualification of contractors and consultants.

Prepare documents and participate in the tender evaluation process.

Project monitoring

Lead day-to-day project management to ensure timely, on-budget, and high-quality

delivery.

Identify, recommend, and implement solutions for issues related to project executions

work.

Oversee all technical and engineering matters on-site, including support for authority

submissions as needed.

Submit regular project updates, including monthly progress reports.

Job requirements:

Bachelor's degree in engineering (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical) or a related field, at least

5 years experience with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the wind industry.

Experience in project management as a Developer or EPC contractor.

Strong knowledge of project legal requirements, Codes of Practice, Building and Fire

Safety Regulations, and sustainability standards.

Proficient in project management tools, including reporting protocols and

documentation processes.

Skilled in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.

Excellent problem-solving abilities; able to work both independently and as part of a

team.

Proficient in both spoken and written English.

Willing to travel and relocate to project sites as required
