You Will

Key Responsibilities
- Get RFQ (Request for Quote), specifications, documents, Feasibility review from customers.
- Calculation of labor time and release Quotation.
- Meeting with customers to clarify spec and requirements.
- Project Start-up Meeting, follow up and support to run simple prototypes to mass production.
- Review and prepare documents for mass production.
- Project management schedule & follow up, as contact window, coordinate with all relevant departments to keep the project on track, provides required documents to customers from design to mass production.
- Follow up customer's ECN and update quotation if any.
- Any other duties as and when required by HOD.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in PCBA, EMS, and project management.
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful project throughout its lifecycle.
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience overseeing projects in electronic manufacturing services (EMS), including PCB assembly and design.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead project teams.
Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in risk management and change management.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Adaptability and flexibility to manage the complexity of various projects and multidisciplinary teams.
