Discovering the role

The primary responsibility of this role is the installation, testing, commissioning, and system programming of security equipment in adherence to Convergint's standards. The objective is to maintain excellent engineering project quality while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities

• Install, test, commission, and program security equipment in compliance with company policies and standards.
• Manage projects to ensure successful completion.
• Provide technical support and assistance to Sales and other departments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to security systems.
• Conduct on-site training sessions for clients.
• Utilize AutoCAD to design security systems and create building diagrams.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge in security concepts.

Requirements

• Possess a diploma or bachelor's degree in Electronic, Electrical, Computer, Automation Engineering.
• Have experience in Electrical or Electronic Engineering and passion in security system (CCTV & Access Control)
• Possess basic IT knowledge in security hardware, network, and database.
• Demonstrate excellent English communication and coordination skills.
• Display a quick learning ability and a strong focus on client service.
• New fresh gradate is acceptable.
