ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Solution Consultant to join FTI, responsible for designing and consulting ICT infrastructure solutions for enterprise customers.
The role focuses on analyzing customer requirements, developing solution architectures, supporting business development activities, and working closely with sales teams to deliver comprehensive technology solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in IT infrastructure, data center, cloud, networking, and security solutions, combined with excellent communication and presentation skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Technical Solutions Consulting:
- Consulting, designing, and proposing ICT infrastructure solutions, including Network, Data Center, Cloud, Security, and related technologies, tailored to customers business requirements
- Taking responsibility for developing and enhancing solution offerings and service portfolios
- Preparing technical proposals, solution documents, presentations, and other sales-support materials
- Conducting product presentations, solution demonstrations, and technical workshops for customers
- Proactively identifying opportunities, engaging with customers and partners, and building long-term business relationships
- Collaborating closely with sales teams to analyze customer requirements and develop effective sales strategies and solution proposals
Product Development & Implementation Support:
- Providing technical consulting and solution support during project implementation phases
- Defining technical and business requirements for commercial product and service development
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions and customer satisfaction
- Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related technical disciplines
- International technical certifications are considered an advantage
- Hands-on experience in implementing enterprise IT infrastructure and system solutions
- Experience in consulting and deploying solutions from leading technology vendors such as DELL, IBM, HPE, ORACLE, or equivalent
- Knowledge of operating systems, virtualization platforms, enterprise infrastructure, and cloud technologies
- Professional certifications such as MCSE, LPI, RHCE, Unix, VMware, or equivalent are preferred
- Solid understanding of networking, systems, software, applications, and IT infrastructure equipment
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and technical documentation skills
- Strong planning, organizational, and project management capabilities
