About the Job

1. General Information

  • Job Title: Project Coordinator
  • Report to: Project Engineer
  • Working Location: Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park, Ba Ria & Vung Tau Province, Vietnam (Shuttle bus will be provided from 3 locations: Ho Chi Minh City, Bien Hoa City, and Vung Tau City)

2. Summary of the role

  • The Project Coordinator supports the Project Engineer in planning, coordinating, and controlling manufacturing projects at the Trelleborg plant.

3. Tasks & Responsibilities

• Coordinate with relevant departments (Engineering, Quality, Production, Procurement, etc.) to:

- Review technical drawings

- Confirm inspection and testing requirements

- Estimate project costs and lead times

- Support preparation of accurate quotations

• Assist in order management activities, including:

- Receiving and reviewing customer orders

- Coordinating internal order reviews with relevant teams

- Supporting order discussions and confirmations with the Sales team

- Ensuring accurate and timely order entry into the ERP system

• Handle the implementation of project execution plans by:

- Communicating schedules and action plans to stakeholders

- Monitoring project progress against agreed plans

- Flagging risks, delays, or operational issues and supporting corrective actions

• Assist in handling customer-related issues, including:

- Product quality complaints

- Logistics and delivery-related complaints

- Coordinating investigations and follow-up actions with internal teams

• Support customer visits and audits by arranging:

- Accommodation and transportation

- Meeting agendas and logistics

- On-site coordination during visits

• Perform other project coordination and administrative tasks as assigned by the direct superior.

• Other ad-hoc report/project assigned by the Direct Manager.

About the Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 years of project management experience is preferred
  • PMP qualification is preferred
  • Ability to communicate and coordinate as per requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, fluent English
  • Strong people and relationship-building skills
  • Tasks driven with a positive, professional, and willing attitude
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple items
