Job Description:
1. Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Research and benchmark New SKU Launch models across local and global e-commerce platforms.
- Identify emerging patterns, best practices, and white spaces in how new products are launched via content, creators, and affiliates.
- Support New SKU Launch Lead to translate external learnings into actionable strategic hypotheses for Shopee's Content & Affiliate ecosystem.
2. Deep Performance Analysis & Strategic Insight
- Conduct in-depth analysis on product performance, conversion drivers, discovery behavior, and supply dynamics, effectiveness of existing launch-related programs
- Move beyond reporting to diagnose root causes and uncover non-obvious insights.
- Support New SKU Launch Lead to synthesize insights into clear strategic directions, trade-offs, and investment priorities.
3. Feature Request & Product Collaboration
- Translate strategic needs into clear feature requests for Product & Tech teams.
- Partner with Product, Business Intelligence, and Operations to validate impact through data & follow up the feature request & launch process
4. Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by leads
Requirements:
- At least 3-4 years of experience in project management, strategy planning, preferably in Marketing field
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking, with the ability to move from data to direction
- Ability to think out of the box & approach problems with unconventional solutions
- Independent thinker who is also a reliable team player and can collaborate effectively with stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and Google Slides
- Have knowledge of content and/or affiliate of ecommerce platform
