Position Information

  • Job title: Program Coordinator
  • Reports To: Senior Program Director for Environmental Programs and Government Compliance and Program Manager
  • Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
  • Start Date: As soon as possible (at least Dec 31, 2025)

The Clean Water (CW)

CW is a program to reduce waterborne disease or typhoid, release mothers from home healthcare, enhance education outcomes, improve public health, and contribute to the national effort that is designed to provide improved water and sanitation to rural communities.

We seek a dedicated and passionate Program Coordinator to support our team.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY:

The Program Coordinator will support the Program Director and Program Manager in implementing program activities. This role helps ensure that the programs achieve their objectives effectively by participating in all stages of the program cycle, including but not limited to proposal preparation, event coordination, logistics management, and maintaining accurate data and reports. In addition, the Program Coordinator will be involved in fundraising activities and events related to the program. The ideal candidate is passionate about improving the lives of underserved and marginalized children and women of Vit Nam.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Support planning of fundraising and product activities, including coordinating timelines, materials, and logistics for merchandise sales and promotional efforts.
  2. Assist in implementing sales and promotion, including engaging with schools, events, online platforms, and corporate partners to maximize fundraising impact.
  3. Collaborate with the communications team to create marketing content, campaigns, and storytelling about program impact.
  4. Deliver and facilitate training sessions to school students, community members on clean water usage, hygiene practices
  5. Assist in vendor sourcing and purchasing processes for events and program activities.
  6. Provide administrative support, including data entry, reporting, and tracking sales and financial documents (e.g., payment requests).
  7. Collect and manage data, prepare reports and presentations, and support monitoring and evaluation to track program impact and outcomes.
  8. Other tasks shall be assigned by the Program Director/ Manager

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Sociology, Public Health, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Compassionate and empathetic: Shows genuine care for children in vulnerable communities and is committed to supporting their well-being through access to clean water, education, and program resources.Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in program coordination, project implementation, or development projects.
  • Project Management Skills: Able to manage timelines, coordinate multiple tasks, and ensure deliverables are completed efficiently across programs.
  • Proactive & Self-Driven: Takes initiative, suggests improvements, and identifies opportunities to enhance program activities and fundraising efforts.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Ability to generate creative ideas to promote fundraising activities, engage donors/ partners through events, merchandise, or other innovative initiatives.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
