WHAT YOU WILL LEARN & DO

Program Management:

Plan, organize, and execute program activities to ensure smooth operations

Monitor program progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Collaborate with team members to meet program goals and deadlines.

Attend relevant events to support workshops and booth show case as needed (some travel required)

Administration Support:

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to program activities.

Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.

Handle correspondence and communication with internal and external stakeholder

Social Media Content Creation:

Partner with the Marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies to promote programs and services.

Leverage your creativity to design engaging content, including posts, graphics, and videos, for various platforms.

Monitor social media analytics and adjust strategies to improve engagement

QUALIFICATIONS:

1-3 years of experience in program coordination or management, administration support, operations, or a related role.

Strong proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Passion for delivering high quality results for all positive experience of participants

Understand how to connect and communicate effectively with target audience on different social media and communication channels

Experience in planning and coordinating communication campaigns

Solid data analytics experience

Business growth mindset with a focus on achieving goals

Team Player: Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with a willingness to work collaboratively to achieve shared objectives

Problem solver and customer-centric mindset

Experience using in online platform and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Language: English & Vietnamese Fluency: Medium (read/write/speak)

Degree: Bachelors in relevant field (Business, Marketing, Communications, or relevant fields.)

PREFERRED SKILLS

Prior work experience in program coordination, admin support, marketing, data analytics or related areas.

Familiarity with project management and data analysis tools and software.

Knowledge of program delivery success principles and practices.
