Job description and key responsibilities:

  • Actively engage and build relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and present our program offerings effectively.
  • Generate new leads through proactive outreach and networking to expand the client base.
  • Provide comprehensive information about our programs, addressing inquiries, and offering solutions tailored to clients&apos requirements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies and materials that effectively showcase our programs.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups using CRM software.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics established by the organization.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Qualification and other requirements:

  • Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record in sales roles, preferably in a consultative sales environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written in Vietnamese, with conversational English skills; proficiency in additional languages considered a valuable asset.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships, negotiate effectively, and close sales deals.
  • Proficiency in CRM software.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
