YOUR TASKS
- Provide first-level support for questions on project management topics.
- Deliver coaching and workshops on processes, methods, and tools.
- Advise teams on project creation, planning, scheduling, risk management, cost planning, documentation, and project closure.
- Guide the use of key PM tools such as cost planning tools, risk management, SAP‑PPM, and engineering change management.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance project communication, reporting, escalation, and stakeholder management.
- Create meaningful reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and customers.
- Grow within your responsibilities and beyond in our global program management consulting portfolio in a leading automotive supplier company
Your Qualifications
- University degree in engineering programs, business administration or comparable studies
- Practical experience in project management, preferably in the automotive industry
- Project management certifications are an advantage
- Very good communication skills
- Fluent English skills
- Experience with standard project management software (e.g. SAP PPM, Planisware)
- Experience with MS Office
- Self-reliance and ability to work in an international environment
