Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Bến Lức district.

The Production Shift Supervisor will oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities include managing production schedules, supervising team members, coordinating with various departments, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, and troubleshooting production issues.

The supervisor will also facilitate smooth workflow and contribute to achieving production targets within allocated timelines.

Ensure all employees comply with occupational safety and environmental hygiene regulations; maintain 5S standards in the production area.

Monitor machine status and coordinate with the maintenance department to resolve incidents quickly, minimizing downtime.

Prepare reports on output, scrap, and any incidents at the end of each shift.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills, including the ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team effectively
• Proficiency in Production Management principles and practices
• Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to provide clear instructions and collaborate across teams
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work on-site full-time in the Bến Lức district
• Working hours: 12-hour rotating shifts
• Prior experience in manufacturing or packaging industries is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, production management, or a related field is preferred
