Provide production plan monthly daily as requested by central planning
Order RM based on production needs, Leadtime and follow up on the delivery to ensure production smoothly
Closely follow up on the execution of the plans, and make adjustments where necessary
Assure safety stock levels for RM
Contingency planning (ie. Anticipating shortages)
Work closely together with Purchasing, Production, Logistics, and Warehouse in order to achieve goals
Strictly follow up technical change, and phase out RM to minimize the obsoletion value
Responsible for the operation and compliance with the company&aposs rules, and regulations on fire prevention, occupational safety and health of employees of the production planning team
Monthly, lead the planning team to make the kaizen and report the top 1 major/standard kaizen to top management
Perform other reasonable & allowable tasks assigned by the Planning Manager
Job requirements
Having at least 5 years experience in production planning at multi-national companies
Having at least 3 years experience at senior level
