Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ph M for a Production Engineer/Technician at ESL factory at BOE Technology. The Production Technician will perform daily tasks including quality control, identifying and troubleshooting production issues, ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and conducting regular preventive maintenance of equipment. The individual will cooperate with team members to optimize production processes and ensure high-quality output.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Quality Control and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and problem-solving technical production issues
• Excellent Communication skills to work effectively within a team environment
• Experience and knowledge in conducting Preventive Maintenance of production equipment
• Basic technical education or equivalent experience in manufacturing or production
• Attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and commitment to safety protocols
