Role Description
Were seeking a highly motivated Product Specialist to join our growing team at BioTuring. You will serve as a critical bridge between users, product teams, and other departmentshelping to ensure that our solutions deliver maximum value to researchers and scientists around the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with software engineers and scientists to support product development and help users effectively understand and utilize the platform.
- Develop a deep understanding of the products capabilities, workflows, and value proposition.
- Act as the go-to expert for internal and external stakeholders on product functionality and user experience, preferably in bioinformatics, statistics and data analytics domains.
- Deliver product demonstrations, training sessions, and onboarding for new users.
- Gather user feedback and translate it into actionable insights for the product teams.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, IT and marketing) to support product launches, documentation, and continuous improvement.
- Assist in quality assurance, issue tracking, and feature validation during product updates.
- Stay up-to-date on bioinformatics and statistical advancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor&aposs, Master&aposs or PhD degree in Biology, Data Analyst, Data Science, Statistical Analyst, Business management or related fields.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple user relationships and internal collaborations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to lead in-person and online training sessions
