Job Description

Job Desc :

  • Drive regional sales performance by managing sales funnels, achieving targets, overseeing P&L, and improving market share and customer penetration.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, address product or service issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, KPI tracking, and performance reports to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team through performance management, training programs, and recruitment of new team members.
  • Collaborate with principals and internal teams to manage product lifecycle, product launches, and market expansion initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends, track product performance, and implement strategies to drive business growth.
  • Oversee operational activities including inventory planning, demo asset management, and compliance with quality and management systems.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum Diploma graduates in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, Pharmacy, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in the relevant field.
