- Provide technical support to the channel sales team to enhance product promotion and sales performance.
- Conduct product introductions, demonstrations, and feature presentations for distributors, partners, and End-users.
- Advise channel partners on product selection, compatibility, and configuration to support business development.
- Plan and deliver structured product and technical training programs to strengthen the technical capabilities of channel stakeholders.
- Support channel-focused marketing initiatives including workshops, roadshows, exhibitions, and related promotional events.
- Collect and consolidate market and channel feedback related to product functionality, performance, and customer expectations; share insights with internal product teams.
- Conduct competitor product research and provide regular analysis reports to management.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, product specifications, and training materials to support channel enablement.
- Perform product feature testing and evaluation to generate product highlights and key selling advantages.
- Undertake additional duties assigned by the Product Manager.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in EEE, CSE or any other related field.
2. Proven experience (2+ years) related job experience in the same trade.
3. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
4. Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Local Language & English reading, writing and speaking is mandatory.
