Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Backlog Management
- Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities for assigned product domains.
- Own and maintain the product backlog based on business impact and user value.
- Create clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with Design and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.
- Align product initiatives with company objectives and quarterly OKRs.
Community Management & Trust & Safety
- Lead development of community management capabilities, including user moderation, content moderation, member management, and reporting tools.
- Define moderation workflows, escalation processes, and trust & safety frameworks.
- Build internal admin portals and operational tools to support community operations teams.
Digital Store & Monetization
- Develop and optimize a digital item marketplace for stickers, avatars, themes, gifts, and creator-generated content.
- Define creator onboarding, content approval, catalog management, and payout processes.
- Design and improve monetization flows, including IAP, payment gateways, subscriptions, and future virtual currency initiatives.
- Monitor key business metrics such as GMV, conversion rate, creator retention, and profitability.
- Benchmark leading platforms such as Telegram, LINE, Discord, and Zalo to identify growth opportunities.
Delivery & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Act as Product Owner within Agile/Scrum teams.
- Partner closely with Engineers, Architects, QA, and Designers throughout the development lifecycle.
- Break down complex initiatives into deliverable increments and manage dependencies across teams.
- Lead UAT, validate releases, and ensure product quality before launch.
- Proactively communicate progress, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
Data-Driven Product Decisions
- Define success metrics for new features and measure post-launch performance.
- Design and evaluate A/B tests to validate product hypotheses.
- Use insights and analytics to drive roadmap and prioritization decisions.
Requirements
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager for internet or consumer products.
- Hands-on experience in at least one of the following domains:
- Messaging / Chat / Community Platforms
- Digital Item Store / Marketplace
- Monetization Platforms (IAP, subscriptions, payment systems)
- Trust & Safety / Content Moderation
- Internal Operations Tools / Admin Portals
- Ability to demonstrate shipped products and measurable business impact.
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development lifecycle.
- Proficient in AI-powered productivity tools.
- Experienced in writing PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Familiar with Figma, FigJam/Miro, Jira, Confluence, and Notion.
- Understanding of Apple/Google IAP and payment gateway integrations is a strong advantage.
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Business-level English communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

Working Hours:
• Monday to Friday, with alternating Saturdays (every other week); default work-from-home arrangement.
