FPT is seeking an experienced, execution-driven Product Owner to lead the development of our next-generation Sales Intelligence Platform. If you want to build a breakthrough data and AI product from 0 to 1 and scale it globally, this role is for you.
THE VISION
This platform will act as the ultimate data brain for sales, synthesizing information from CRMs, emails, meetings, websites, social media, and ERPs into a unified 360-degree customer profile. Powered by advanced AI and LLMs, the product will drive predictive features like Lead/Opportunity Scoring, Competitive Intelligence, Account Research, and AI-assisted sales coaching.
You will own the product from inception, driving internal adoption across FPT first, before scaling it into a commercial B2B SaaS product for the global market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Product Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision, market positioning, and growth strategy across different development phases.
- Agile Execution: Lead Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives; manage and prioritize the backlog based on business value.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with business leaders and internal users to clarify needs, chosing and tracking scope effectively.
- Launch & Commercialization: Plan the product rollout for internal adoption, scale usage, and prepare the foundation for commercial market entry.
- Metrics & Risk Management: Define KPIs and phase-gate evaluations while acting as the main bridge between development teams and stakeholders to manage dependencies.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager for software products (Strong preference for B2B SaaS, CRM, Data Platforms, or AI products).
- Proven track record of directly owning a product backlog/roadmap and launching at least one product into live production.
AI & LLM Capabilities (Core Requirement):
- Deep understanding of how LLMs work, including their capabilities and limitations (Prompt Engineering, RAG, managing hallucinations, data reliability).
- Proven ability to define, design, and evaluate the quality of AI-driven features.
- High proficiency in utilizing AI assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) for research, documentation, and requirement analysis.
Methodologies & Tools:
- Expert in Agile/Scrum frameworks, writing user stories, and prioritizing frameworks (RICE, MoSCoW, etc.).
- Proficiency with product management tools: Jira, Confluence, Notion, Miro, and basic SQL.
Languages:
- High proficiency in English for reading and understanding technical, specialized documentation.
NICE-TO-HAVE
- Experience taking a product from 0 to 1, scaling it, or driving commercial market entry.
- Deep understanding of complex B2B Sales processes (Lead -> Opportunity -> Contract -> Deliver -> Expand).
- Experience with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4).
- Active Scrum certifications (CSPO / PSPO or equivalent).
