Position: Product Owner

Location: Thanh Xuan, Hanoi

Working Mode: Hybrid (50% on-site, 50% WFH)

Working Time: European time

Contract Type: Contractor (36 months), exact duration depends on project progress

Our client is a technology company specializing in blockchain, virtual reality/augmented reality technologies, and AI. They partner with customers across Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, the US, and beyond, delivering products such as crypto trading platforms, launchpads, securities tokenization offerings, e-wallets, and NFT marketplaces. Their work has earned the trust of global brands including Ubisoft, Hedera, and Aptos.

They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Owner to join their dynamic product development team. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring product requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, and effectively communicated all while working on cutting-edge blockchain projects for global clients.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders, customers, and end-users.

Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.

Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to maximize value delivery.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product vision and goals.

Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.

Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status effectively.

Requirements

Required:

o Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

o Minimum 35 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an Agile environment.

o Hands-on experience with blockchain-based applications.

o Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework.

o Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

o Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

o Proficiency in requirements management tools and techniques.

o Experience with user story mapping and acceptance test-driven development (ATDD).

o Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).

Nice to Have:

o Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification.

o Experience in the relevant industry sector.

o Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.

o Familiarity with data analysis and business intelligence tools.
