Job Description:

  • Take ownership and be responsible for the discovery and delivery of software products, evaluating opportunities, and determining what gets built and delivered to customers.
  • Conduct training sessions to relevant teams when introducing a new feature or product to ensure effective adoption and understanding.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to the product and maintain existing products.
  • Work with teams in the Product department to gain a deep understanding of customer/user pain points and experiences to identify product gaps and generate new ideas.
  • Work with business teams and/or business partners to gain a deep understanding of business needs and contexts, driving product adoption.
  • Drive the execution of all or parts of the product lifecycle process, including product research, ideation, design, development, and performance evaluation.
  • Work closely with product designers on product discovery.
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional development team in Agile/Scrum project delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for working process improvements, recommend innovative solutions, and implement best practices.
  • Actively participate in and contribute to knowledge-sharing sessions

Requirements:

  • A bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst.
  • Proven ability to develop products and effectively communicate recommendations to management.
  • Demonstrated domain expertise in a specific business area.
  • Solid technical background with an understanding of, or hands-on experience in, software development. Agile or Scrum certification or related credentials is a plus.
  • Understanding of UX principles to analyze user behavior, preferences, and pain points.
  • Excellent ability to communicate complex business and technical concepts clearly.
  • Stakeholder management experience, ensuring alignment across teams.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive growth mindset.
  • Tech-savvy, with a passion for exploring new features and tools.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
