Description
- Support translation of business, organizational and operational goals into a clear roadmap aligned with the engineering and service needs, ensuring understanding of the why
- Understand and document the business and engineering user workflows and processes that define the product's operational scope
- Ensure the solution aligns and leverages the enterprise technology stack
- Refine, prioritize and manage the product backlog
- Act as bridge among users, business, subject matters experts, management and the development team
- Ensure execution and delivery closely working with the development team, checking the outcomes and approving completed work
- Monitor and report product success (e.g. met use cases, adoption, value generated, user satisfaction, roadmap execution)
- Plan and execute product launch, trainings and rollout
- Document and manage dependencies, risks and scope changes
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Masters in software engineering, computer science, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as product owner, product manager or roles with similar responsibilities
- Excellent English language, with an CEFR-B2+, or an equivalent English proficiency certification
- Product Ownership certifications are a plus
- Experience in software modernization is a plus
- Experience in the energy, automotive, measuring systems or similar domains is a plus
- Exposure to high data volume engineering tools is preferred
- Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills in multicultural environments
- Analytical and problem-solving oriented mindset
- Solid planning, structuring and execution skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable and user-friendly language
