About the job

We are looking for a Product Owner to join a global product team responsible for a large-scale enterprise workflow platform serving more than 500,000 users worldwide.

In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and product leaders to drive product discovery, define requirements, manage backlog quality, and deliver scalable workflow solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Business Analysts or Product professionals who are passionate about enterprise platforms, workflow automation, AI-driven solutions, and product innovation at a global scale.

Role Description

1) Product Execution & Ownership

• Partner closely with the Product & Service Manager / Product Owner to translate product strategy into outcome-driven requirements

• Break down complex processes into scalable epics, user stories, workflows, and solution designs

• Own backlog quality: user stories, acceptance criteria, Definition of Ready/Done, traceability

• Ensure requirements are data-driven, testable, and aligned with product vision and platform constraints

• Support release readiness: scope clarity, validation checkpoints, UAT coordination, go-live support

2) Discovery, Legacy Deep Dive & Product Thinking

• Deep dive into existing platform capabilities, usage, pain points, and stakeholder needs

• Identify what to retain, improve, simplify, or retire based on real behavior and product direction

• Support Design Thinking workshops and product discovery sessions

• Translate insights into prioritized next-gen requirements and roadmap inputs

3) Customer & IT Consultant Exposure (25%)

• Spend 25% of time engaging directly with internal customers in a consultative mode

• Capture real constraints: adoption risks, process realities, integration dependencies, success criteria

• Bring customer insights back into prioritization, UX decisions, and solution design

• Close the loop: align expectations, validate solutions, and support UAT outcomes

4) Stakeholder & Delivery Management

• Act as the bridge between customers, stakeholders, engineering, UX, and operations

• Lead requirement reviews, walkthroughs, and validation checkpoints

• Support UAT planning/execution; ensure acceptance criteria are clear and testable

• Measure outcomes using success metrics: quality, adoption, cycle time, satisfaction

5) Technical, AI & Adoption Excellence

• Define functional & non-functional requirements (performance, security, scalability, compliance)

• Collaborate with engineering on feasibility, tradeoffs, incremental delivery, and risk management

• Support AI-driven workflows where AI provides measurable value (not AI for hype)

• Contribute to change management: user readiness, adoption guidance, release communication

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 7+ years experience as IT Business Analyst / Product Business Analyst / Product Owner Assistant (or similar)

• Strong understanding of enterprise platforms, workflow automation, system thinking

• Ability to turn ambiguity into clarity: structured problem solving, requirement decomposition, decision documentation

• Strong writing skills: epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, process models, functional specifications

• Experience working with global, cross-functional teams (engineering, stakeholders, operations)

• Comfortable in Agile environments with high ownership and fast iteration

• Detail-oriented, proactive, outcome-focused; strong stakeholder management & facilitation skills

• Proficient in spoken and written English

Nice to Have

• Workflow/approval platform experience (case management, enterprise workflows, process automation)

• Exposure to platform migration/modernization programs at scale

• Experience with Low-Code/No-Code, and/or cloud architecture concepts
