1/ Responsibilities
Product Operations & Optimization (50%)
-Lead day-to-day platform operations post-launch, including user experience, operation ticket support, issue resolution, and weekly/monthly product health reviews
-Monitor platform performance (login rate, engagement, bugs, customer satisfaction) and proactively propose actionable optimizations
-Closely coordinate with QC, Engineers, Academic, and Marketing teams to collect feedback, prioritize improvements, and support user experience initiatives.
Project & Sprintly features management (30%)
-Develop and maintain doable product/project backlogs, task tracking, and risk management plans for key feature releases, bug fixes, and operational tasks on a sprintly basis.
-Coordinate and follow up with cross-functional stakeholders: Product designers, Engineers & QC to ensure timely product deliverables
-Maintain clear documentation for product decisions: user stories, PRDs, release notes, change logs.
User & Product data-driven management (20%)
-Closely monitor key metrics (user engagement, learning progress, NPS, etc.) to evaluate product usage and identify gaps
-Support the team in designing and executing user research to validate hypotheses
-Present actionable insights regularly to the Product team to inform actionable, impactful and realistic product roadmap
2/ Qualifications
-At least 2 to 4 years of experience in product operations, project management, or product management in digital (web/app) products on the client side (in-house product)
-Proven experience managing post-launch product operations or internal tools/platforms
-Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices, issue tracking (Jira), knowledge base (Notion, Confluence), documentation, and task prioritization
-Strong coordination and execution mindset: can-do attitude and eager to learn new things
-Data-driven & critical thinking: comfortable using data dashboards (Google Sheets/Excel, Google Looker Studio, PowerBI) to identify trends and present key findings
-Systematic, solution-oriented, and able to manage change and complexity effectively.
-Hands-on experience in Edtech, e-learning platforms, or language centers is a strong plus
-Exposure to LMS/LCMS or platforms with learning pathways, assessments, and content/media metadata integration.
-Understanding of UX principles and ability to collaborate with UI/UX designers on wireframes and user flows
-Familiarity with user research, product development & optimization cycles, and gamification features is an advantage
- Strong communication skills for working with internal stakeholders and external partners.
-Proactive, organized, and highly collaborative.
-Open to challenges and comfortable with uncertainty in fast-moving environments.
