About the Role
We are seeking a Product Manager to drive the development and growth of our digital health products. You will report to the Head of Product, and work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy, and roadmap for key digital health offerings.
- Own the full product lifecycle, from discovery and ideation to launch and iteration.
- Drive product KPIs to ensure continuous improvement and measurable impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data, marketing) to build and optimize features that improve funnel conversion, user engagement, and retention.
- Conduct user research, analyze data, and leverage insights to drive product decisions and innovation.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to maintain a market-leading product.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in product management, preferably in consumer tech
- Engineering / Technology/ Business background is required.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Eagerness to explore and leverage Generative AI tools to scale productivity and support smarter execution.
- Strong analytical skills with some experience in data analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with design tools like Figma
- Demonstrates great attention to detail
- Experience working in agile environments, with a solid understanding of product development processes.

- Ability to translate product ideas into prototypes in Figma
- Experience in healthcare industry
- Experience working in Southeast Asian markets
- Background in growth, engagement, or monetization strategies
