Optimise the buyer's checkout and order flows, to achieve business impact while ensuring good user experience.
Collaborate with business, design, operations, and engineering teams to deliver impactful solutions and ensure smooth execution.
Proactively identify problems and opportunities, and take ownership of initiatives from idea to launch.
Analyse product data and metrics to guide decisions and iterate effectively.
Manage diverse stakeholders, aligning priorities and driving consensus across teams.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher, with 1 year of prior work experience.
Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic and agile environment.
Effective communication skills for conveying complex business/technical information to different audiences.
Strong critical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills.
Adaptable, open-minded, and a quick learner.
Deep care for user experience and business impact for both Shopee and the e-commerce ecosystem.
