Product Manager

We're building a digital marketplace for tokenized real-world assets - bringing transparency, access, and liquidity to traditionally illiquid markets in Vietnam.

We're looking for a Product Manager who can turn business goals, user needs, and operational complexity into clear product requirements and well-executed delivery plans.

You'll work closely with operations, design, and engineering teams to define what to build, align priorities, and drive execution from idea to launch.

What You'll Do

• Own PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product delivery scope
• Translate business and operational requirements into clear product specifications
• Coordinate with design, engineering, compliance, and operations to drive execution
• Manage priorities, release planning, delivery timelines, and stakeholder reporting
• Track risks, unblock issues, support rollout, and improve products after launch

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years in Product Management, Business Analysis, Product Operations, or similar roles
• Strong ability to write clear PRDs, workflows, requirements, and delivery plans
• Good understanding of software development and working with engineering teams
• Strong communication skills and ability to align multiple stakeholders
• ERP experience is a big plus; Odoo, finance, inventory, accounting, settlement, or reconciliation experience is highly preferred
