We're building a new digital marketplace for tokenized real-world assets - bringing transparency and liquidity to traditionally illiquid markets in Vietnam.
We're looking for a Product Manager who thrives on turning messy operational processes into scalable, high-performance systems. You'll own the internal backbone of the business - from inventory and accounting to settlement, reconciliation, and trading operations - helping bridge real-world assets with modern fintech infrastructure.
Experience with Odoo ERP is required. Experience working with gold or commodities products is highly preferred.
What You'll Do
- Own and optimize ERP workflows across inventory, accounting, settlement, reconciliation, trading operations, and reporting
- Lead implementation, customization, integrations, and process automation across multiple business functions
- Translate complex operational and financial requirements into intuitive, scalable systems
- Work closely with operations, finance, compliance, and engineering teams to improve speed, accuracy, and operational efficiency
- Drive ERP product roadmap, feature prioritization, rollout, and continuous process improvement
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in Product Management, ERP Consulting, Business Systems, or Product Operations roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Odoo ERP (implementation, customization, workflows, integrations)
- Strong understanding of finance, inventory, accounting, reconciliation, or trading-related operational workflows
- Experience in gold, commodities, trading, retail finance, or asset-backed products is highly preferred
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to bridge business operations and technical teams
