Job Description:
As a Product Manager for SeaTalk, you will own the endtoend product lifecycle - from discovery to delivery and iteration - and help explore how AI can enhance SeaTalk.
You will:
- Take endtoend ownership of SeaTalk product areas: conduct user research, define problems and requirements, collaborate on design, coordinate delivery, and track postlaunch impact.
- Deep dive into the needs of different enterprise stakeholders (HR, IT, management, developers, compliance, and employees) and translate them into clear product specifications and workflows.
- Explore how AI capabilities can improve user experience and productivity (e.g. AI agent, copilot, smarter search, summarisation), and bring relevant pilots into SeaTalk where appropriate.
- Develop and enhance the SeaTalk Open Platform so that internal and external developers can integrate their services and, where relevant, leverage AI capabilities from Sea's ecosystem.
- Deliver systematic, scalable solutions to complex enterprise management problems across employee management, office automation, and governance.
- Engage and align key stakeholders (users/customers, designers, technical teams, security/compliance) to ensure product vision, goals, and timelines are well understood and executed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or related fields, or equivalent professional experience is advantageous.
- Strong logical and structured thinking: able to break down ambiguous, complex problems into clear hypotheses, user stories and prioritise roadmaps.
- Shows a natural curiosity for AI and a proactive mindset toward experimenting with new technologies, and understanding how they fit into real product use cases.
- Selfstarter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fastchanging environment.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds, including business, product, engineering, design and data.
- Adaptable, openminded, and comfortable working with ambiguity and change.
- Prior experience in product management, product ownership, or business process modelling and improvement is a plus.
- Prior experience in instant messaging platforms, B2B software, SaaS software, AI or open platform products is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both spoken and written.
