Job Description

Job Description:

  • Respond promptly and effectively to user queries, providing clear and comprehensive guidance.
  • Perform initial troubleshooting, conducting research to identify potential root causes of reported issues.
  • Ensure timely resolution or escalation of problems through close collaboration with the Engineering team, Product Managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Identify patterns and trends in reported issues to improve product stability and quality, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with your mentor PM to design solutions that effectively address business needs, while considering the balance between execution speed and long-term sustainability.
  • Collaborate closely with designers and engineers throughout the development process to deliver high-quality product solutions.


Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Economics or a related field is preferred.
  • Understanding and/or having hands-on experience in a digital product team is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with users and gather insightful information.
  • Effective troubleshooting skills, a great problem solver with the ability to structure an action plan
  • Excellent logical and structural thinking
  • Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
