POSITION : Product Manager
LOCATION : Dhaka, Bangladesh
SALARY : USD 5,000 (Net) + Accommodation + Benefits
OVERVIEW:
Manage product execution from a design and technical perspective, ensuring product intent, quality standards, and timelines are aligned with the international customer requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead product development with strong focus on design intent and technical standards
- Review design and technical packs; provide clear, timely feedback
- Coordinate with sourcing, technical, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
- Manage fabrics, trims, and sample development in line with critical paths
- Support product and business strategy through presentations and supplier engagement
PRE-REQUISITES:
- Fashion Design or Technical Design background (mandatory)
- Preferably 810 years experience in Product Development / Buying / Design
- Experience working with the international markets
- Current or prior buying office experience is mandatory
- Strong technical knowledge across relevant product areas
- Degree in Fashion / Design (Bachelor's or Master's preferred)
- Excellent spoken and written English
