About The Role
Our Product Designer has a clear understanding of the company vision and how the product contributes to the bigger picture. In this role, youll need to prioritize effectively, focusing on what matters most while keeping the broader vision in mind. Operating at the cutting edge of technological innovation, you will also stay up-to-date with the latest trends in blockchain and push boundaries to design something that the world has never seen before.
What Youll Do
User Experience and Interface Design
- Craft user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that effectively communicate your ideas.
- Evolve and maintain the Design System for consistency and scalability
- Join sprint planning and design reviews to contribute ideas and gather feedback
- Stay updated on new tech and turn complexity into user-friendly experiences
Product Ownership
- Collab with PM and POs to conduct research to understand the business goals and user needs, then transform insights into user-centric solutions.
- Take ownership of the end-to-end design process from concept to launch, ensuring precise implementation
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and iteration
- Monitor product performance to guide design improvements
What we look for
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, proven by a strong portfolio that highlights your expertise in UX design, exceptional visual design skills and the ability to apply the right research methodologies effectively across diverse projects.
- Hard skills:
- Proficiency in Figma, our primary design tool
- Familiarity with research methodologies and the ability to incorporate user feedback into the design process
- Soft skills:
- Problem-solving: A talent for finding creative and efficient solutions with a focus on simplicity.
- Adaptability: Comfortable with ambiguityable to make confident decisions, iterate quickly, and stay focused even without perfect information.
- Communication: Ability to effectively communicate design solutions, both visually and in writing, at every stage of the product development process
- Time & Efficiency Management: Organized and mindful of time, with a focus on delivering high-impact work efficiently.
