Senior Game Designer

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks and provide development direction for Game Designers.
• Create training plans and mentorship strategies to enhance the skills of Game Designers.
• Collaborate with the Production Lead to develop plans for new game projects.
• Define design documentation guidelines for Game Designers, or directly produce design documents when needed.
• Monitor or actively participate in projects to ensure progress aligns with planned milestones.
• Communicate effectively with developers to propose and refine game data design solutions.
• Review and validate gameplay metrics adjusted by Game Designers, or directly balance the game parameters of assigned projects.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of the mobile gaming market with the ability to quickly catch emerging trends.
• Strong knowledge of product analysis and evaluation.
• Proficiency in probability and statistics.
• Familiarity with Unity (C#).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in game design.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong research, information processing, and synthesis abilities.
• Ability to absorb and learn new knowledge quickly.
• Team-oriented, open-minded, and receptive to feedback.
• Passionate about gaming and game development.
