Job Description
1. Market & Customer Needs Research
- Research market trends, competitors, and industry insights (experience in AI / Fintech / Customer Experience is a strong plus).
- Collect and analyze needs and pain points of:
- Existing customers
- Potential customers
- Synthesize insights into clear problem statements and product opportunities.
2. Product Development & Improvement
- Collaborate closely with Sales / Product Owner / AI teams to:
- Propose new product features
- Improve existing products
- Create and maintain product documentation, including:
- Product Requirements
- User Stories / Use Cases
- Build business flows and BA-level UI/UX mockups using tools such as Figma, Whimsical, Draw.io, and/or AI-powered tools to effectively visualize product ideas.
- Contribute to product roadmaps aligned with the company's business strategy
3. Presales & Bidding Support
- Participate in presales activities with the Sales team to:
- Understand new customer problems and requirements Design solution concepts and describe customer-specific business flows / use cases
- Support the preparation of:
- Business-related content in proposals
- Demo flows / concept solutions
- Collaborate with Implementation Business Analysts of each product to define business scope, solution approach, and proposals for bidding/presales activities.
4. Customer Feedback & Validation
- Work directly with customers to:
- Demo products
- Collect feedback after POC / pilot / go-live phases
- Analyze feedback and propose practical, feasible product improvements.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance & Banking, Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, Management Information Systems (MIS), Digital Business, E-commerce, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 - 3+ years of Business Analyst experience (preferably Product BA or Solution BA).
Skills & Mindset
- Strong problem-solving skills with a clear product mindset.
- High level of ownership; able to research, learn, and synthesize information quickly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese. Japanese is a strong plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building B2B / SaaS / AI / Fintech / Banking / Insurance / Retail software products.
- Experience participating in Presales / POC / Bidding activities.
- Interest in using AI; basic understanding of LLMs, Chatbots, and Voicebots is a plus. Career Development
