Role Description

The AI Product Manager will lead and manage AI-driven transformation projects across the company.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing AI solutions that increase operational

efficiency, strengthen governance, enhance forecasting and optimization capabilities, and improve

accuracy and decision-making.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in developing AI products for enterprise finance functions

and demonstrates leadership potential to eventually build and mentor a small team of AI product

professionals.

Responsibilities

1. AI Ideation & Strategic Workshops

Organize and facilitate ideation and brainstorming sessions with senior leadership teams to

demonstrate the potential of AI solutions across Finance, Procurement, and Inventory Management.

Showcase innovative use cases and highlight how AI can drive transformation and value in these

critical business areas.

2. AI Roadmap Execution & Interdisciplinary Collaboration

Lead cross-functional teamsincluding Data Scientists, Engineers, ERP specialists, and Finance

subject matter expertsto develop comprehensive execution plans for the AI transformation roadmap.

Ensure alignment of project goals with business objectives and prioritize impactful initiatives for

successful delivery.

3. Development Oversight & Change Management

Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered automation solutions, ensuring

compliance with IT, cybersecurity, audit, and governance standards.

Manage stakeholder engagement and drive effective change management to maximize adoption

and business impact.

Requirements

Experience

6+ years in Product Management, Digital Transformation, or AI Product roles.

Strong experience delivering AI-driven automation solutions in Enterprise Finance.

Hands-on exposure to FinTech AI solutions and services would be an added advantage

Experience working in structured, governance-heavy organizations preferred.

Technical & Domain Expertise

Strong understanding of:

o LLMs, NLP, workflow automation, AI agents

o ERP systems (SAP) and financial data structures

o Enterprise system integration and APIs

Familiarity with cloud platforms.

Understanding risk control, audit requirements, and data governance in Finance.

Leadership & Communication

Strong stakeholder management at senior leadership level.

Proven ability to conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions.

Strategic thinker with execution focus.

Leadership potential to scale and manage a small team.
