Job Description

I. Job Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes.
  • Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on cost, quality, service level, and business capability.
  • Lead price negotiation, contract terms, payment conditions, and service-level agreements to achieve cost savings and risk mitigation.
  • Coordinate closely with relevant departments to align sourcing plans with business needs.
  • Track order status, and ensure on-time delivery according to agreed specifications.
  • Handle supplier performance reviews, manage claims, and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, or service.
  • Maintain accurate procurement data, contracts, and supplier information.
  • Monitor market trends, supplier innovations, and cost movements.
  • Support budgeting, cost control, and spend analysis for assigned categories.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, internal controls, and relevant regulations.
  • Prepare procurement reports and ad-hoc analysis as required by management.

II. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 23 years of experience in Procurement/Purchasing.
  • Good understanding of procurement processes and supplier management.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
