Role Description
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers of imported nutritional supplements based on quality, price, and reliability.
- Negotiate contracts, prices, and delivery terms to optimize procurement costs.
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Manage end-to-end logistics: shipping, customs clearance, and warehouse coordination.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to forecast demand and plan procurement schedules.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all procurement and logistics activities.
- Maintain accurate procurement and logistics records and reports.
- Support timely sourcing and delivery for product launches and new product introductions.
- Monitor and ensure long-term product quality, addressing any quality issues proactively with suppliers and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field (pharmaceutical background preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in pharmaceuticals, nutritional supplements.
- Experience in logistics and supply chain coordination.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of import regulations, customs procedures, and quality standards.
- Fluent in English and Chinese.
